一般社団法人 日本翻訳協会では翻訳証明書を発行いたします

活動のグローバル化はとどまりません。人、モノ（情報）、カネの国を越えた移動はとどまり
ません。これに伴い、翻訳証明（翻訳＋認証サポート）の以下の３つの分野でニーズは
高まるばかりです。

• 個人の履歴関係
• 会社関係の証明
• 財産処分・管理関係

　

これを、公的翻訳者、公的翻訳認証制度が整っていない、日本において解決するには、
一翻訳会社、個人翻訳者の対応では不十分です。翻訳業界を横断する、（一社）日本翻訳協会の
ような組織が対処する必要があると考え、当協会にて、翻訳証明書の発行業務を実施することに
なりました。

Japan Translation Association (JTA) hereby announces that JTA is available to
issue A Certification of Translation.

The globalization of business activities does not stop. Transfer of people, goods,
money, and information beyond countries will never be suspended. Along with this,
needs for translation certificates (translation and support by certification) get higher
and higher on the following three genre, and have been and is increased largely:
Personnel Record, Corporation Certification, and Property Disposition and Management.

In order to solve this problem, it is not sufficient that translation companies and
translators respond to the needs.JTA do recognize that this problem shall be responded
by an organization like JTA, which is a general judicial corporation for translation field,
and decided that JTA isinvolved in issuance of the certificate of translation.

１．サービスの特徴：

•  各種証明書の翻訳に豊富な経験を持ち、資格を持った翻訳者が作業いたします。
•  既存の証明書、宣誓供述書等をご提供いただければ、それに合わせて文体、訳語などを統一し、正確に翻訳いたします。
•  翻訳ご依頼の際に、使用目的または提出先をお知らせください。提出先に応じて、重要な　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　ポイントを押さえて正確な翻訳を作成いたします。
•  帰化申請の際に必要な各種証明書・資料を正確に翻訳いたします。
•  各種証明書以外の文書で、入国管理局へ提出する資料を日本語に翻訳する必要がある場合は、　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　ご相談ください。申請目的に応じて、翻訳させていただきます。

 

２．扱う文書例：

•  外国の書類の翻訳：
  出生証明書、婚姻証明書、離婚証明書、死亡証明書、婚姻要件具備証明書、居住者証明書、宣誓供述書、雇用証明書、雇用契約書、卒業証明書、無犯罪証明書等
•  日本の書類の翻訳：
  戸籍謄本、婚姻届、離婚届、出生届、遺言状、住民票、住民税課税証明書、住民税納税証明書、源泉徴収票、商業登記簿謄本、株主総会議事録、登記事項証明書、登記原因証明情報、登記識別情報、健康診断書、給料明細書、履歴書、職務経歴書等
•  各種証明書・契約書（英文）の作成：
  在職証明書、退職証明書、労働条件通知書、雇用契約書、委任状等
•  個人の履歴関係：
  出生証明書、婚姻証明書、離婚証明書、死亡証明書、宣誓供述書、健康診断書、履歴書、居住者証明書等
•  会社関係の証明書：
  宣誓供述書、取締役会等関連（送付状、議事録、議決権行使書、等）抵当権解除書等
•  財産処分・管理関係：
  宣誓供述書（遺産分割協議のための宣誓供述書、相続分がない旨の証明書、相続人であることの証明書、贈与書、等）登記事項証明書、登記原因証明情報、登記識別情報、不動産売買契約書、住宅賃貸借契約書等

Certificate of Translation
■ Particularity of Service
 Translators who have rich experiences of and appropriate qualification will provide
　the translation.
 When asking a translation, the client is requested to inform to the translator
　the purpose of using the translation or person to submit the translation or both.
　The translator will provide a faithful and complete translation which is satisfiable
　to the submitted person in important point.
 The translation of the certificates and related materials to be provided for
　naturalization application in particular shall be collect and exact.
 Consult with the translator beforehand in case of any Japanese documents
　translation other than the certificates to be submitted to the Immigration Bureau.
　Those shall be translated in responding to the purpose of application.

Certificate of holding marriage requirement, Certificate of residence, Affidavits,

Copy of the Family Register, Application of Marriage Register, Application of Divorce
Register, Application of Birth, Will and Testament, Certificate of Residence, Certificate
of Imposing Residencial Tax, Certificate of Payment of Residencial Tax, Withholding
Tax Certificate, Copy of Commercial Resister, Minutes of General Shareholders Meeting,
Certificate of Registered Matters on Register, Certified Information of Cause for
